Services Provided

Elite Mobile Locksmith provides professional locksmith services including but not limited to:

• Residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services
• Emergency lockout assistance (24/7)
• Lock installation, repair, and rekeying
• Security system consultation and installation
• Key duplication and replacement services

Service Area

Our services are available throughout the Greater Toronto Area, including Toronto, Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, and surrounding communities. Service availability may vary based on location and circumstances.

Pricing and Payment

Service Fees

• All pricing is provided as estimates and may vary based on actual service requirements
• Emergency services may include additional fees for after-hours or urgent response
• Travel fees may apply for services outside our standard service radius
• Final pricing will be confirmed before work begins when possible

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
• For insurance claims, payment arrangements must be confirmed in advance
• Returned check fees may apply for insufficient funds

Customer Responsibilities

Property Ownership Verification

Customers must provide adequate proof of ownership or authorization to access the property or vehicle requiring locksmith services. We reserve the right to refuse service if proper authorization cannot be verified.

Site Conditions

• Provide safe and clear access to work areas
• Inform technicians of any known hazards or special conditions
• Secure pets and ensure technician safety during service
• Be present or authorize a representative to be present during service

Warranties and Guarantees

Service Warranty

• We warrant our workmanship for 30 days from service completion
• Parts and materials are warranted according to manufacturer specifications
• Warranty covers defects in workmanship, not normal wear or misuse
• Emergency repairs may have modified warranty terms

Limitations

Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, attempts to repair by others, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Pre-existing conditions will be noted before work begins.

Limitation of Liability

Elite Mobile Locksmith's liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages, lost time, or incidental expenses beyond our direct service fees. We maintain professional liability insurance for covered claims.

Emergency Services

24/7 Availability

• Emergency services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• Response times may vary based on location, weather, and demand
• Emergency fees may apply for after-hours, weekend, or holiday service
• Priority is given to life-safety emergencies

Cancellation Policy

• Services may be cancelled without charge if cancelled before technician dispatch
• Cancellation fees may apply once a technician is en route
• Emergency service cancellations may incur minimum service fees
• Weather-related cancellations will be handled case-by-case

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
